SAINT MOOD Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy


We want you to love your SAINT MOOD pieces and feel confident wearing them. If something’s not quite right, we offer returns and a one-time exchange on eligible swim tops and bottoms.

 

🛍️ Eligibility

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception (within 5 days) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, swimwear must:

 

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have the hygiene liner fully intact

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Be free of makeup, deodorant marks, self-tanner, scents, alterations or damage

 

🔁 One-Time Exchanges

 

We offer one (1) size exchange per item (U.S. orders only), pending inventory availability. If the size you need is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit or a refund (your choice). Exchanges beyond the first are not accepted.

 

💸 Returns

 

  • Returns are subject to a $6.95 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item passes inspection.

  • Sale items, discounted items, and orders using promo codes of 20% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

🚚 How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

  1. Email us at contact@saintmood.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. customers only).

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.

  • SAINT MOOD reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, smell, damage, or tampering.

All other SAINT MOOD Items (Sweats, Tees and Hats)

Please keep in mind that as a small business, we have a 18-day return policy, which means you have 18 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we will try our best to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. Our customer service team has an estimated 48-72 business hour response time. This does not apply to weekends or Holidays. 

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hats, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
All exchanges have an 18 calendar day return window from the day the packing slip was emailed as well as a $12.95 restocking fee unless otherwise stated by a SAINT MOOD team member. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. (once approved by SAINT MOOD). Do not ship anything to our P.O box without getting the exchange approved first.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@saintmood.com.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There is a shipping & handling fee of $12.95 for all returns.
